sorry..
得懂得自立;

My Way

。真是@#¥%……╮(╯▽╰)╭what can i do ...

20 years old
for you , that 20 year old call young or fully mature? hmm , whatever.the thing i want to said is ...20岁的人啊, 每个人都不一样, 有些人20岁了, 试过很多东西,就像有17岁的歌手, 17岁就能赚一笔钱, 懂唱歌舞蹈的。

(Karipap Pusing)

I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.
I hereby resign as CEO of Apple. I would like to serve, if the Board sees fit, as Chairman of the Board, director and Apple employee.
As far as my successor goes, I strongly recommend that we execute our succession plan and name Tim Cook as CEO of Apple.
I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it. And I look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.
I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you all for the many years of being able to work alongside you.

I want to talk about Japan, which is a country where I've spent a lot of time. I first went to Japan when I was 24 years old. I'd graduated a couple of years before. I was working in the UK and I was looking for an adventure... something... something different to do. And I was looking in the newspaper and it said, "Teach English in Japan". So I went for a job interview and it's quite scary coz i'd never taught before but we had to give a lesson to some Japanese students. But luckily I got the job and they sent me to a place called Toyama, which is on the west coast of Japan.
My first day in Japan... I was very excited and nervous - I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived, one of the Japanese staff met me and took me to the school and I was pretty much teaching from day one. Staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
So on my first day in Japan, some of the staff took me out for a meal and I didn't really know any of the... the kind of etiquette rules about Japan but... erm... when I went to the toilet, you have to put these toilet slippers on and I forgot to take them off when I came out of the toilet. So when I went back to the table, everyone there was laughing at me for having these toilet slippers on.
So one of the things that changed the way that I think is the food. Japanese people take food very seriously and before I went to Japan, I didn't really care or think about what I ate that much.
One of the things I enjoy most about my time in Japan was travelling around. So I went to quite a few of the famous places like Hiroshima and Nagasaki and Kyoto. Kyoto is probably my favourite place in Japan. I think it's a very peaceful place. The food is very good there. And I think it's a... it's like a good mix of traditional and modern city.
So since leaving Japan, there's... er... a lot of things that I've taken with me... well I've... you know... continued to travel. Firstly the food - I still eat a lot of Japanese food and I cook a lot of Japanese food too, especially miso soup and udon and soba... things like that. Another thing which I... which I've taken is the language - so I'm still learning Japanese and I still... I watch Japanese TV in HK. Another thing that I take with me is er.... when I lived in Toyoma I really likesnowboarding and whenever I get the chance , I still go snowboarding.

I wanna talk about learning Chinese. I've been learning Chinese now for a number of years. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. I feel like I'm struggling sometimes but overall it's been a very good experience for me. And I think I'm getting better and improving.
I first started learning about... I don't know... maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I went to Taipei to teach English. And at that time, English wasn't so common. So it was quite difficult to get around the city and communicate with normal people if I wanted to go and buy something, things like that. So I just really wanted to try and communicate simple things but at the time, work was veryhectic - quite busy - I didn't have that much time to go to class. And then after my first year in Taipei, I went to Beijing for a holiday. And I saw lots of really amazing things, lots of cultural things and it kind of made me feel like I should try to learn Chinese - learn more about the culture. So when I returned back to my job in Taipei, I enrolled on intensive Chinese course. I studied Chinese 2 hours a day and I did that for 2 years.
And it was difficult at first. I remember my first... actually the first 6 months I was learning, nobody outside class could understand what I was saying coz my pronunciation was really bad. But I had a really good teacher. And every day, they... err... this teacher drilled me with my pronunciation, focusing on the four tones. So I got better and better, it got to the point where I found outside, on the streets, if I spoke to somebody, usually I could make myself understood. And that was the main thing for me - just to be able to communicate simple things and have short conversations with people.
Erm... I... what I like about Chinese is it sounds really nice... it sounds quite elegant when I listen to it. And it also helps me get... err... an insight in the culture. Through learning Chinese, I've read a number of Chinese books... like story books maybe for children like "Journey to the West" and things like that. So it's helped me learn more about Chinese culture so I feel... I feel good about that.
It's also used for... for when I've been travelling in China... It's... I've been to many cities now in China. It's helped me a lot to get around, knowing basic phrases and... It's quite funny that when you go to places in China, many people don't think that foreigners can speak Chinese very well. So it's always... it's always quite funny to speak to somebody in Chinese. They always feel very surprised when I can actually show that I can communicate OK in Chinese.
Like I said at the start, sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. But I feel like I'm becoming more and more... my feeling's becoming more and more stronger about wanting to get better and better at Chinese, wanting to love it so then maybe one day in the future, I can say I am fluent in Chinese. Let's hope I can do it! I just hope I can.

I wanna talk about learning languages. I’ve lived in many different countries, both in Western Europe, Middle East, and now here in Hong Kong. And during all of that time, I’ve learned five or six different languages, to one degree or another. I love learning languages, not only are they important when you move to a country, I just find them fascinating.
Before I came to Hong Kong, I lived in Barcelona Spain for ten years. And when I first arrived, the most important thing was being able to communicate with people locally. I don’t attend classes. I don’t think I’m particularly good in classes. I prefer to learn by just talking to people, finding out what I need to say by looking at dictionaries and listening carefully.
Other things that helped me when I first moved to Spain, were watching the typical kinds of programs we see everyday on channels around the world. For example the weather. This is great, because they always say the same things. So you can really quickly hear the same words repeated again and again. And the pictures helped of course.
Other types of program that helped me learned Spanish quickly were things like game shows, where the same thing happens. They have a catchphrase or a slogan that they repeat endlessly when contestants win or when they are called to compete.
As well as that, I used to pick up the Spanish newspapers. First of all, I just accepted that there was no way I was going to understand anything but one or two words. But gradually, I found that I learned lots of new things about this. I was interested because I wanted to know what was happening in the country I lived in. But, I also knew that I could learn a lot of language this way. So I'd take a dictionary with me sometimes, or I'd notice a word and I'd ask other people what …it meant.
Anyway, by far the best practice I ever had was just talking to people in the street, or in shops where I'd rehearse in my head what I wanted to say beforehand, before I went in. Usually, I'd make a right mess of it first of all, but, after you get over the embarrassment, it’s quite funny really. And people are very sympathetic and supporting in most cases.
It took me a long time to develop a good level of Spanish. I lived there for ten years, and I think I’m very fluent now. But I think for the first two years I was there, it was quite a struggle to hold a decent conversation. There were always lots of words or expressions that I didn’t pick up on. In particular with the colloquial expressions, idioms, that kind of thing, that people use in everyday talk, but you don’t necessarily see written down. I didn’t find those very easy to learn at all. But it was a lot of fun. And people as I said are really supporting when they know that you are genuinely interested in learning their language.
